Professional vs Standard ??

Hi,

I have master access on my Teamsite Server (6.5). It is located on the windows environment.

I created one user and gave him the Administrator access.

He is able to login into Standard mode but not into Professional mode.

What could be the problem and how to resolve this?

Does the user not have the ability to change the UI they are logging in to? Or do they change it and the UI fails to function or gives an error when they try logging into CCPro?

If the former, it sounds like someone hacked the login.jsp code to not allow users to login to CCPro.

If the latter - please describe in as much detail as you can what happens, what you see in the various TS log files, etc.

I was getting an error saying you do not have access to this particular role. This error was coming only for Professional mode while for standard mode it was working fine.

I reset the permission and reset the server.

It's working fine now.
