Form fails to load in TS 6.7.1

When I try to open a new form from my client system, the forms load with javascript errors and only FINISH and CANCEL buttons are displayed.The javascript error reads like this, "tinyMCE is null or not an object".

How do I resolve this?

Do you use the default tinymce or a custom configuration in your form?

Check the tinyMCE definition in your form and the configuration in the tinymce folder _teamsite_root_folder_/httpd/iw/tinymce/

Actually when my other teammates are trying to open that form from their respective client machines, it's opening properly.The problem is only when I access from my client machine.

- Do you have the same browser version as your teammates?

- Clear your browser cache/ temp internet files. Any effect?

- what happens if you open this url?

Hi,

I've gone through the contents of this thread and though the problem mentioned here is exactly the same that we are experiencing, we are not able to solve it. We have tried clearing our browser cache, using different browsers, etc. Could you please let us know how you managed to solve this error? The dct has just one text item, we are just trying to make the template work at the moment.

We have installed TeamSite 6.7.1 on Windows 2003, Enterprise Edition, Service Pack 2.
