TeamSite Upgrade from 6.1 to 6.7

Hi All,

We are in the process of upgrading TeamSite from 6.1 to 6.7.1

I have 2 questions with regard to Search and Roles.

1. Is there any major change for Search module for 6.7.1? I was told that the new Search Module has some performance issue on the TeamSite server. Please correct me if I am wrong. Appreciate if anyonce can send me a link to know more about the new Search module on TeamSite 6.7.1

2. With regard to Roles. I believe there are no more uid files, all the users will be added in tsusers.xml and managed via admin tab in ccpro. Is there any document that says the way to migrate the entries in uid files to tsusers.xml? and can someone throw more lights on this?

I'm working on the same user / group migration issue. The documentation is scattered around in the 6.7 Admin and CLT guides, but I haven't yet found a specific document. If anyone runs into one, I'd love to see it also.

Back in the conversion from 4.x to 5.x, there was a great set of upgrade / migration documentation. That level of detail would really be helpful here.

I don't know about '1'.
'2' is covered somewhat in the installation documentation - look for iwusermigrate and iwaccessmigrate.

Once the users exist - the iwaccess CLT is what you use to assign individual users specific roles to specific branches (the Administration tab doesn't currently - as far as I can tell - offer a good interface for this)
