Out of the blue (or seemingly...), one of our deployments stalled on Friday. I am unable to locate the reason why and was hoping for some suggestions.
The receiver log simple stops as it is trying to send the file, emitting some numeric code (00032).

The source log, on the other hand, seems to indicate that there was a problem with the file :

But, the file existed in source area for certain (based on the timestamp, it existed at 12:16:18). It is in a Staging area and cannot be locked by a user in that location.
Any idea what may have caused this? All other OD deployment legs have continued to work as expected throughout the weekend, but this one stalled (and backed up later deployment legs utilizing this file.)
I am going to create deployment instances today, but am wondering what caused this (or where I should look to do more troubleshooting.)
