my webParts are rendered with no content

Hi all,
I'm responsible to integrate couple of webParts within sharepoint for a client who is using the Interwoven product line (interwoven worksite). we are using worksite for sharepoint for that
the Document management server is running on a separate machine with Worksite server installed on it.

Now when you install Worksite for SharePoint, it requires you specify the IP of the DMS server which is the one i specified above being on a separate machine.
but when i actually i pull the webpart on the MOSS site they appear with no content. and I do not know why?

can somebody tell me why?

The web parts will only run under trusted login. You need to configure this in the DMS as well as on the IIS. There is a SharePoint configuration guide on the WorkSite for SharePoint installation disk that details this.

Where is this configuration guide? I have all the documentation that I received with the WorkSite Web 8.2 SP1 and I can't seem to find this guide that explains this part of the configuration.

The full installation process is documented in WorkSite Installation Guide. This should be with the documentation in the installation package. If not, you can download it from the Tech Support site at http://worksitesupport.interwoven.com.

After you install WorkSite for SharePoint, verify that the worksite virtual directory has NTLM authentication enabled in IIS. The trusted login options for WorkSite should automatically be set by the installer in <worksite_install_directory>/data/options.xml.
