attaching file list to start task

A list of files get attached to the start task (a usertask) in my workflow. however, there is no files tag with the start task. how else can files be attached to a start task? any configuration that attaches a list of pre selected files or something ?

Thats a default functionality. If you check on any file from a list... and run a workflow from there .. then the checked files would attach on its own.

workflows have. If your workflow doesn't contain code to handle this, then the files are not automatically attached.

If you want to attach the files, which are checked files when starting the workflow need a custom code. First store the files in a variable (you can find th e code for retrieving the files in devnet ), In start task attach those files using the "INSERT" Tag.
