WFM - making file comments required

I'm finally getting my feet wet with the 6.7.1 Workflow Modeller - and I can't say it's been all joy - but I believe I managed to get my first WFM/IPM to function correctly.

Now I'm looking to customize the instantiation form - and while I was able to change the job description field into a required textarea (instead of an optional text field) - I can't see how to make the prompts for individual file comments required - as they don't exist within the "DCT" prior to instantiation and none of the javascript functions that appear to be embedded within the "DCT" seem to deal with them either:

I am also trying to make the file comments mandatory on my WFM workflow, have you managed to figure out how to do it?

any updates on this? i have a request to:

1. Please make the job description on the workflow instantiation form hold at least 300 chars
2. be large enough to read it all at once.
3. Also please make this required.

fish you mention this instantiation dct - where exactly is it located, and are updates to it supported?

If you follow the instructions in the manual

find the answer - I'm closing it - if you still have questions after reading the documentation and attempting to follow the instructions - create a new thread for it.
