Regarding components from an HTML prototype

When I try to create a component from an HTML prototype, and click to "Convert to well formed HTML", it adds tags like HTML, Head, Title, Body etc.That means finally when I add a few components in my page, the page will contain multiple HTML tags.Won't it be trublesome for some browswers?(though it's ok for IE6).
