Receiver not giving ack while delploying the script

While deploying an OD scripts , it is dispalying error as "Receiver didn't replied with ack"

I tried restarting the server but still it is displaying the same error.
This thing is happening in case of a particular servers. so scripts are not getting deployed to such servers.

Is their any difference between "Interwoven opendeploy services" and "Interwoven opendeploy 60 services"

Which server you try to restart? Receiver or what??

ya i restarted receiver server.
I also went through all settings which are supposed to be done such as checking out the paths in odnodes , basenodes and receiver nodes

Is this the difference between the servers on which the scripts are getting deployed and the where it is not being deployed.

If yes, then it is definitely a version issue.

What version(s) of OpenDeploy do you have installed on that machine?

Generally
- "Interwoven OpenDeploy Services" => 5.x
- "Interwoven OpenDeploy 60 Services" => 6.x

ya source is making use of 6.X version whereas receiver is making use of 5.X version,
but in case of deployment it doesnt matter which version you are using, those are compatible to each other.

Deploying from lower version to higher version does not have any compatible issue... however in your case source has a higher versioned files.

For some types of deployments (I believe it was filelist deployments - but I'm not sure) you need to make sure the 5.x Receivers have been patched - otherwise the deployments will fail. You need to check the patches on the support site - or search the forums and hope you can find the the information...)
