Limitation for importing files

Hi All,

I want to know is there any limitation for importing files in Teamsite
I am trying to import the files using TS6.5 Standard interface.
The files are in
mainfolder-subfolders-subsubfloders.

The problem i am getting , its importing some files not all files.

Check your JRE version as thats the only thing which causes these kinds of issues. Try using version JRE 1.4

I don't think there is any limitation on the format or extension of the files which you can import.
Are you trying to import directly the files from your system say, Desktop?

Yes... worth a try as JRE 1.4 is the supported version for TS jav features... be it importing, local file download or source comparison etc

as for installing the JRE1.4 i have to convince my client.

Where can i find the compatability matrix for TS6.5, I don't have support id.

Someone at the site should have the product documentation - you should look at the Release Notes in the section entitled "System Requirements and Supported Platforms"

Please clarify my query on your issue.

1) are you facing issue while submitting.
2) could you please tell what are all the files that are getting missed(most preferably extensions)
