Form in Visual Format Editor

I am trying to embed a simple form in Visual Format Editor.

After saving the dcr for the first time, I can't seem to open it up again. As soon as I remove the form information, everything starts to work normally. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are using Teamsite 6.5.

what is your purpose of having a form in VFE? Your code seems to be fine.. are you getting an error message while opening the DCR?

Hmm - what service packs have you applied?
According to the Releases notes that I have, the following was fixed in 6.5SP1:[indent]52327 Internet Explorer does not properly render VisualFormat HTML that contains a <form> tag.[/indent]That doesn't mean it didn't break again - or that you haven't hit yet another bug with HTML forms within VFE ...
