Teamsite 6.5 SP3 is announced on Support, although doesn't seem available for download. I'm puzzled by the list of fixed issues, as it doesn't seem to include the list of issues fixed by the Patches made for SP2.
On Support Site there's a
KB article 58093 about SP3 with fixed issue list, and SP3 Release Notes PDF.
But what confuses me is that the list of fixed issues seems to not include any of the "fixed issues" listed under the most recent patch for SP2

But none of these (
well, I checked randomly) seem to be listed under the SP3 list.
What's up with that? Surely we can install SP3 over TS6.5 SP2 (with an early patch 1614) without needing to install the intermediate patches?
EDIT: actually, SP3 is available for download in Support. Just, not under 'patches', but under 'products'. There's also a Supplement Guide, which seems just a bit *light* on the scenario of installing SP3 over SP2 - on first reading
