Customizing help popup

I'm not sure this is the appropriate forum to post this as it is a UI customization question, but it is directly related to FormsPublisher. I know this question has come up in the past, but I wanted to see if I'm barking up the wrong tree. Within the UI customization toolkit there is a custom.css file to apply changes to various aspects of the UI. In particular, there is this class style definition item: .iw-formspub-help-tooltip. I would like to increase the width of the tooltip that pops up when a user clicks the "?" on a data capture template. However, no matter what I specify for "width" the popup remains a narrow box. Is it still not possible to alter the width of the tooltip? Thanks.

I apologize if I state the obvious but... There are(or rather, there may be) numerous custom.css Files to modify numerous iw.css Files.

The one you are looking for should be placed in this folder:
iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/web/formspub/styles/custom.css
After modifications you'll have to run make_toolkit Widget to apply it all.

Sorry I was unclear. That is the file I was modifying. I should have stated that in my original post. I have opened a support incident for this as clearly, that style element is ignoring any width setting that is applied. It may just be that the width of the tooltip popup cannot be changed.

Have you tried to modify something that is clearly in the class (width isn't)? For example, make background-color: #75548F; and see if it changes, etc...
Floating box size may or may not be set with CSS, if it is it can be another class entirely with some obscure name

I did, to make sure that I wasn't just modifying the wrong style item. I can change the font-family, font-size, background-color, etc. No problem. One thing I just noticed...the width attribute is being applied to the description box at the very top of the data capture template. If I add "width:500px", for example, the template level description box shrinks (it defaults to 100% across the top). There must be somewhere else that Interwoven is constraining the width of the tooltip and I'm guessing that it's not easily configurable. At least, not without a hack.
