Access migrate in 6.7.1- Not same as others

Folks,

We have a fresh installation of 6.7.1 on our Solaris 10 server. We moved the backing store and other config file( ex: uid,cfg ) from our prod box( env-earlier*) and ran iwaccessmigrate as stated in docs and support site. However there are 2 things that it does not do properly/completely.

1) Its suppose to give a user same access as they had before. So an editor will have editor role on all branches he/she had access originally. This is not happening. It gives editor role to certain users on some branches and some it doesnt.

2) It does not retain same permission on branches as it had on original version. So a branch that was not visible to others, now becomes visible to them.

Did anyone face these problems?

Env-earlier * ( where we get store and other files): solaris 8, TS 6.5 sp2
Env-Latest: 6.7.1 Solaris 10 ( new box): LDAP authentication. groups are on ldap too

Have you tried for iwusermigrate before running iwaccessmigrate ? Look for iwusermigrate and iwaccessmigrate in the KB.

Just wanted to say that it is a bug with accessmigrate. It does not work properly with LDAP groups.

Yes, I have read the doc and have run step by step as recommended, but it does not work. I wrote my own custom accessmigrate to fix this issue.
