Validation Issue in Workflow Instantiation screen

Hi,
I am using Teamsite Version 6.5 . I have a requirement such that in my workflow Instantiation
form I have an attribute called Immediate deployment as radio button with 'Yes' and 'No' as 2 options and Publish time which is a text field.

Now Immediate deployment has default value set to Yes and is a mandatory field .

my other field Publish time is non mandatory field .
I want when if User select Immediate deployment to No then Publish time should become a mandatory field.
Both field are created withe the help of TAG_info. How can the value of is_required in TAG_info field
for publish time be set to 'true' If Immediate Deployment is set to 'No'.

Any response on this is highly appreciable. Please find the part of wft file attached

WFT is evaluated only once. So, it is not possible to modify "is_required" dynamically from the rendered screen, it's simply
too late for that. What you can do is to set your custom validation on WF Form submit. I've illustrated one possible mechanism
in this post
