DCR SetValue To Default On Edit

Hi Everyone,

I have a DCT with field PublishTime. On new form Entry I get default value to be "Now", which is coming from IPL callout that contains XML. I choose let says 2:00 PM and I save DCR with name test.dcr

Now, I click on edit on existing test.dcr whre PublishTime for that dcr is 2:00 PM. I actually want to get default value of "Now".

Here's my Formapi that I have incorprated with in datacapture.cfg file. Any assistance would be really helpful. Thank you.
