I want to display the checkbox options checked on the DCT load. Is there any way to acheive this?

You can achieve this by calling the function init() on "onFormInit" event like this :-
function init(){
var item_name = IWDatacapture.getItem("/Checkbox_name");
item_name.setValue([0]);
}

IWEventRegistry.addFormHandler("onFormInit", init);

in setValue() function u can check more that 1 options by specifying 2 or more indices in it.
