You can get the TeamSite Search installation information in the installation document of TS provided by IWOV. It can be downloaded from the support site.

There is no separate document for TeamSite search installation, however you can get the info from TS installation guide and the Tech Articles on support / devnet site.

Look into Teamsite Administrator Guide. You will find a chapter called Configuring Interwoven Search.
