metatagger.cfg and datacapture.cfg configuration

Hi...
i m new to metatagger...hav jst installed metatagger4.1 and we hav teamsite6.5...i hav integrated teamsite with metatagger by adding [iwmetatagger] in iw.cfg of teamsite...
(my civiewer and mtstudio r workin well..i hav even deployed a project named as test..)
Now i want my dcr's to be tagged....i read pdf's it mentions tht "The name of the item in datacapture.cfg must match exactly the field entry in your tagging configuration." i did not get this correctly... wher shuld i map this and is it possible to do with MTUI...if yes thn how(pls explain in breif)...

so pls help me out with this...

The name of the item in datacapture.cfg must match exactly the field entry in your tagging configuration

This means that your datacapture.cfg should have the same project(field) name as metatagger. If your MT project name was 'test', datacapture.cfg should have an item named 'test'.

hi..thnks for ur reply....
i hav done that.. but when in interwoven when i click on file-tag...it opens up the form...in that it shows three fields as:-
title:
keywords:
description:
and there is no such item in my datacapture.cfg.....

i hav created fields for all the elements in my datacapture.cfg
for e.g.. my cfg contains item named as Test for which i hav created a field...
(it shows in my MTUI...contentprocesor-feilds) i hav created feilds for other items as well....

see..Test is the prj i hav created thru mtstudio(which as some nodes as well) and i hav deployed it...but other for other items i hav jst created a new feild using UI....
But even doing this it shuld show in my interwoven form...

so i dont know where i m goin wrong.....
pls help me out...

What you have configured so far is MT and TS integration.

When you choose to tag your file in TS, you are actually tagging it with metadata values.
TS uses the datacapture.cfg file in iw-home/local/config file to display the form for collecting metadata values from end-users. You should take a look at this file and you should see those 3 fields displayed.

so now can u pls tell me thn how to configure metatagger with my datacapture.cfg...and not the one used by TS(defualt one)....
pls throw some light on this...m not able to figure out this....

First step is to get you metatagger configuration built out and working using the iwgenmetadata CLT. Once that is working, then configure the TeamSite TagUI. One place to start would be the Quick Start Guide, which walks you through a very basic configuration. From there, the User's Guide describes all the different types of analysis configuration options.
