Virtualization

Has anyone experienced problems with the virtualization of files called from a workarea?
If I click on the name of an HTML file in my workarea, a popup windows opens up showing a "The page can not be found" error message and having the following URL:
http://localhost/iw/webdesk/sce?vpath=/default/main/...
where the part after the "vpath=" is the correct direction of the file I'm trying to view.
I suppose I have to change the setup of the webserver but I'm not sure how or which part(s) of it.
I'm using the TS internal webserver and TS 5.5.1 is installed locally on my machine.
Any ideas?

do you have any proxy rules in your iw.cfg? they would effect the behaviour of where the proxy will look for the files you are attempting to preview.

If you go to your customer webserver port directly and use the path following the vpath prefixed with "/iw-mount" can you view the page that you are getting a 404 for now?

Hmmm. The TS "internal webserver" is not what can be used for vistualization. You must have a 2nd webserver, typically on port 81 running to take care of the virtualization. You can use IIS or iPlanet on Windows or Apache or iPlanet on Solaris. The TS install will auto confirure these for you but if you did not do this you will have configure them yourzelf.
