Session has expired issue - Local File Manager / MacOS
Gregg Faus
I've got a remote user who is having issues editing files in CCSTD through local file manager. He reports that when he downloads the file, the message appears "The session has expired". All of our users are on Win clients except him and I'm not sure what else to tell him.
I've gave him the following recommendations:
1) Logout / Login
2) Restart computer
3) Make sure cookies are enabled
4) Try different browsers (he tried Firefox / and Camino [not supported I know])
5) Delete your iwtemp folder. He couldn't find it and I didn't know where it's stored on macs (normally c:\iwtemp\ on pc's)
Client Info: MacOS 10.4.8, JVM 1.4.2
Server: TS 6.5 Win2K
At one point a few months ago it worked for him, now it doesn't.
Any ideas?

The user provided the following screenshot. The expired message appears in the downloaded file.
Anyone seen this?

On macs, iwtemp is in: ~/.launchpad

And by looking at the screen shot. The message is embedded in the file. This is not a problem with TeamSite.
Usually when creating login pages (which this is a screen shot of), messages are embedded and hidden with CSS. As your user most likely hasn't downloaded the style sheet, the message has been revealed. They shouldn't have any problems editing the file.

This is a TeamSite problem -- believe me. The Interwoven login page (re-skinned BTW) was being injected in the downloaded file instead of the content of the real file.
But on a better note, I rebooted and it is working for this user. No idea why.
[EDIT]Revised. User is now experiencing the same thing again. *sigh*
