Splitting Templating.cfg

Hi ,

I Splitted my templating.cfg file into 3 Differenet XML Files.

Now when I log into CMS and do " New Form Entry " , I See all The Categories and Templates. Irrespective of Wheter that category / Template is There Or Not.
e.g
If I went to Branch A and Did New form Entry , I Can see a Category or Template That is Not Present In Branch A.

Prior of Splitting the Files, When We did a New form Entry We were Able to see only those Categories and Templates that were present in Branch A .

Is there a way around to this Problem.
