load-balancing capabilities in Teamsite

I need information on Interwoven TeamSite's scale-out and load-balancing capabilities. Basically, the requirement is that the authoring environment need to cater to several hundred users across countries. The questions are:

1. Are there any limitations on the number of users a TeamSite environment can support?
2. Can we have a load-balanced environment that can be scaled out to meet the demands of increasing number of users?
3. What about high availability of the authoring environment? How can we ensure that the authoring environment is not unavaialble for more than a certain period of time? The options can be clustering, cold standby server.

Any inputs on these will be highly appreciated.
