TS 6.7.1 - updating display name of user

I have added a user to teamsite that was not properly setup in /etc/passwd with a name in the description section, so it shows the name and real username as their unix id. I have since corrected it in /etc/passwd and tried running iwreset, restarting TeamSite but if I try to add the user back, the old information still appears. Where is this getting cached and can I update it?

Very odd. I removed the user again. Went to add user, typed in the name of the user and it was completed for me in the window before I finished typing.
Nice feature I think...
