TeamSite server crashes
Daniel77
Hi all,
since 4 or 5 weeks we have a big problem: The service "Interwoven Proxy" crashes without prior notice sometimes. As a reaction of that the service "Interwoven Teamsite" will be stopped.
Anybody who can help me?
Thanks a lot!

We need a lot more information than that. What rev of TS ? OS ?
You should work with support, however you also should peruse the event viewer and any logs TS creates when this happens.
I have almost *never* seen iwproxy bite the dust (and even if it does, it should never take iwserver down with it).

We are using TeamSite 6.5.0 Service Pack 2 on MS Server 2003 Standard Edition. The event viewer reports an "Reporting queued error: faulting application iwproxy.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000."
Thanks a lot,
Daniel

Win 2003 Standard Edition is not supported for TeamSite. I have no idea if that is why you are crashing, but that is what you will hear from support.
You are to be on EE.

Although not officially supported, 2003 Standard will work fine. Please collect the following information and open a support ticket:
