Do you really want/need TeamSite to talk to the WIKI software or just the generated site, once deployed to the HTTP server? More details on your requirements are needed for an accurate response.

If you own Open Deploy it could be used to push the WIKI content into TeamSite.

Off topic: I don't understand why a WIKI is even needed, since you already own TeamSite. A WIKI is simply a light weight content management product allowing non technical users to quickly update Web content via HTML forms. Sounds a lot like TeamSite… minus being light weight.
