Not able to download the video and audio files into the MediaBin.

This is wajeeth and i have some clarification regarding the MediaBin.
Issue:

When i try to download the wmv files from the local which contains audio or video files, its showing me the error as------

"A total of 0 file(s) were added to the folder Media Database.

0 job(s) successful
1 job(s) failed

basketgirl.wmv could not be added: Exception in Primitive {B0690602}! Reason = error reading from file, Message = STiNG: Error reading input file.
ERROR: Job {706DF291-0B9F-4CE6-9E52-196D4AAC67F7} Setting parameters in primitive STiNG Decoder. RC = The operation failed. Check the log output for details ".

Can anyone help me to sort out this problem. I need to play the video or audio files in the mediabin, but i have installed the quick time as well as windows media player in the system. When i try to play the same video files in the local its playing good and i am able to view properly but i cant play in the mediabin. Please advice me in this regards. waiting for the reply. Any infomation from yourside will be helpful.

The error message indicates that the video file is not making it to the part of MediaBin that processes video. When a file of unknown format is encountered, MediaBin tries successive "decoders".

Support will be able to narrow things down for sure, but plausible causes include lack of disk space in the transfer directory. Also check the overall size as MediaBin prior to 4.6 cannot handle files > 2 GB in size.
