How to create a workspace from existing one automatically

Is there a way to create a workspace from existing one automatically, e.g. via WOM?

Users create a workspace for their project every year and the tasks and documents are similarly. They want the system can create the workspace from previous year and all tasks' start date and due date are added one year. How to do this?

Download the existing workspace as template. Upload it when creating a new workspace and with some adjustment to the date, you can have what you need.

You can also choose to upload the template from Facility Manager> Template.

We want to do this by batch program. Because we have several hundreds of workspace per year, so that we must do it automatically.

Has any API/utility for us to download the template?
