Error observerd while using Teamsite -Metataggers

There are two functions that are supposed to be available from the File menu in Teamsite: Generate Update Local View and Upload Local Views to MetaTagger. These are not working. I just get a blank screen on one, and the second one gives this error:


I can't maintain the taxonomy without these functions.
I am trying to add publications. I am able to submit document. But they are not showing up on the Structured Content Filter listing. Don't know these are related or not.

You have to more elaborate for us to understand your problem. What do these custom menu item's do?. What version of TS & MT are you running.
Your question really doens't help anyone.
