logging into Facility Manager window

Hi,

could anyone please tell me with what login ID and password one will have to log into Facility Manager window.

or in other words which existing UID and Password does it require?? Its Urgent plz reply.

Facility Manager account and password. In other words, the Administrator of the Facility you created.

does not work with the Administrator account and password i created as NEAL and password trustee

I said facility manager account. I did suggest you to create two users last time. One account to manage the Facility Manager and another one (Neal) to logon to WSMP to manage the content of Workspace. Did you try that?

+ please mention what kind of error message appear when you try to login.

Dear william,

I tried logging with the two users i created the first time itself. It went for a flopagain.

I created two users NEAL with pwd trustee and FacilityAdmin with pwd as adminis , added the same NEAL to Facility-->Workgroups-->Administrator ONLY, and FacilityAdmin to both Facility-->Workgroups-->Trustee Browsers and Workspace creators.

Now i used the NEAL, trustee combination to login to http://localhost:8080/worksitemp/config.jsp
(I tried the other user login credential also) but the error says.

A WorkSite MP resource required for the requested item is currently unavailable.

Please try again later. If this problem persists, contact your support staff.

What could be the reason now???

It is configuration setting again. I think the connection to the db is not established yet or maybe the WS services is not started. Check your library setting. If it doesn't work, please get user manual from Interwoven or ask for support.
