CGI_lite and Firefox and IE

Hi all,
I've got a strange problem with the differences between Firefox and IE. I've got a cgi script which is a custom menu item and triggers a deployment. I've built in a welcome screen to tell the users that the deployment will start now. the problem is that this welome message only appears in IE AFTER the deployment is ready. So the user sees an empty screen and thinks there is something wrong. In Firefox it works fine and the welcome message appears BEFORE the deployment is triggered.

I think it needs to be clarified the difference between ready and triggered.
How can you say that in Firefox the deployment part of the code is executed later after loading the welcome screen.
Viewing the logs would help you in tracking the exact functioning.

good point actually. Well I think I found it now.
It has to do with the different ways IE and Firefox display tables. I have to messages for the users called through subroutines. A &welcomescreen() which tells the users that the deploymetn is triggered and a &deploymentSuccessfull() which tells the users that the deployment successfull. Both are dispalyed in the same cgi but the &welcomescreen() only got displayed once the &deploymentSuccessfull() was called. So I copied the content of &deploymentSuccessfull() into the &welcomescreen() subroutine and there you go it was dispayed as expected.
