I have two mediabin servers in a cluster. The accesspoint for the webclient is managed by a loadbalancer, so there is only one ip address for two MB servers. The loadbalancer guides me to one of the servers, now i have to fill in a servername. This must be the one the loadbalancer guided me to. How can i get the servername field be prefilled with the servername of the server the loadbalancr send me to?

To assess we would need more details. Do you have one web client or two? You could hardwire a web client to each server and then allow the load balancer to control what web server the users initially log in via.

If there is one web client and the decision is made based on the server machines, it will depend on how the load balancer can be programatically quizzed as to which machine it is recommending.

To reiterate what is in the documentation, the connection once established is stateful, so the load balancer can have a say as to what server the client initially connects to, but they cannot balance on an ongoing basis.
