Event Sub-System & iwevents command line

Does anyone have any idea where the 'iwevents' command line tool pulls its information from? Does it use the event sub-system database "openjms.db"?

I don't think so, even if you disable the eventsubsystem and try you get all the messages. There should be something behind all this :rolleyes:

I'm *almost* sure it's from iwevents.log file

Though the entries are same, but the CLT does not read iwevents.log but rather talks to server to get the details. This can be verified by deleting the log file and then issueing the CLT and get the same results. Backing store has all the information for the submits (and other events) happening in TeamSite.
