Lyman, Thanks for your response.
The assets I have are photoshop PSDs. I want to convert them to transparent GIFs with White Matte finish when I retrieve them from MB. In my custom task, I have a Flattener, Image Size (to resize the image), Color Converter and GIF Encoder primitives. Can I get a Matte Finish with a PSD Layer Replacer? Can you tell me how that can be done?
Thanks a lot for your help.

That would depend highly on what formats one is talking about. For Photoshop assets, that would generally be performed via the Flattener primitive. More complex operations can be undertaken via the "AGS Encoder" primitive which allows for custom scripts. Another possibility for files that have an alpha channel but are not necessarily PSD's is to use the PSDLayerReplacer with the layer to be replaced lying above the desired background and then flattening the result. With some more details I can be a bit more explicit.Cheers,Lyman Hurd
