FormAPI events not trigerring

Hi,

I am working on TeamSite 6.5 SP1 on solaris.

I am trying to execute FormAPI javascript functions on 'onSaveValid' and 'onSaveDone' events. But when I hit 'Preview' button on the DCR, it is not calling the Javascript functions. 'Preview' should 'Save' the DCR before previewing, and hence the JS functions should be called. Isn't it?

Anybody has any idea about whats going on?

Are the events triggered on an explicit "save" (instead of preview)?

Because of UI customisation, there is no 'Save' Button. There is only one button left, 'Preview'

Make sure that if you have an OnSave function it returns true and there is no error in this function. Also try to empty the custom functions and include only a JS alert to see if these functions are called at all. Also, refer the form api guide to see the exact sequence of events triggered on Preview.
