Teamsite error

Hi,
I installed TeamSite 6.5 Windows version on Windows2000 professional.
First time I logged into teamsite, but am not able see the default branch, workarea in the UI. Also am getting below error

"An error occurred executing command com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.filesys.GetStoresCommand
"
"An error occurred executing command com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.ccpro.filesys.ShowBranchTreeCommand"

also not able create workarea,folder under Y: drive.

Can anyone help me on this issue..

Is it just W2K - or is it W2K with some Windows SP's applied?
Is it just TS6.5 or is it TS6.5 within some TeamSite SP's applied?

If there are SP's involved (for either or both the OS and TeamSite) - you need to check the manuals and/or KB articles on https://support.interwoven.com in order to verify that the two are compatible.

It is W2K SP4 and TS 6.5 (no sp).

I installed in win2k professional only.

I know for sure that w2k professional is not a support O/S. I know it pro'ly doesn't make a difference. But still is there a reason why you are trying to install it on professional and not on W2K server or W2K3 server?

Can you check to see if the server has come up correctly. Anything in iwtrace.log or iwserver.log?

No - I didn't state that - I stated that the release notes say that W2KSP4 is supported and that it doesn't say anything about it being "Professional" or "Server" or anything like that.

Alright... To my best experience and knowledge its not supported. I think with Win 2k SP4 the RN mean Windows 2000 Advanced Server

Yes, WIN2K Professional supports TeamSite.

I do not think, its recommended for use as Servers though. Would be good to confirm with support if you plan to use as a Server. If its for development use, it may be fine.
