PreSubmit Error

Hi all,

OS: windows
Version: TS 5.5.2

I created a simple workflow, but when i try to submit it or create a new job i get this particular error:

PreSubmit Error:

Error: An error 2 has occurred when attempting to execute iwwft_available.ipl.

The available_templates.cfg has no errors for sure. Neither does the available_templates.ipl (like typos)

When i run the iwwft_available.ipl in the command line however i get this error:

This is what is present in line 41 of iwwft_available.ipl:

use Getopt::Long;

This file is also located in the correct path.

I hae checked the file permissions too- dont think the error lies there.

Could there be any other reason for this error like maybe file corruption??

Please help! Any assistance is much appreciated.

Hi,

When you are running through CMD, you are not getting the perl module.
Make sure the the path variable is set for the Perl lib paths.
alternatively you can try this statement at the top of your script to add the path at runtime.
use lib "Path_to_the_below_mentioned_directory";
Getopt::Long
