No Workflow running

Hi Guys,

I come across a problem that no workflow is running whether i click on New Job or Submit I got the error message

Could not find available new_job workflow templates for user artor (master, //teamsite01/default/main/abc/WORKAREA/Content/htdocs/abc)

I checked the available_templates.cfg file and it looks ok as I copied to my dev server and that file is working there.
I restarted the server couple of times and I checked iwprocessd file and I read KB article 55157(but I don't have that file mentioned in KB article)but nothing helped so please let me know if somebody knows this problem.

Environment TS 6.5 SP 2 + Solaris 5.8

You indicated that you've checked it but your problem is "available_templates.cfg" nonetheless.

Between command_list, user_list and branch_list Filters you (personally, by uid!) have an empty set of available "new_job" WF Templates.
The fact that it works for you in some other Environment may not mean much. For example, branching structure
may be different there, your uid/roles may be different and so on.

Actually I have prod and dev where we have the useraccount and group with same uid and gid, so this option has not been valid in my environment, however I have seen this thread

*Solaris 5.8* you've indicated originally is perhaps SunOS 5.8, correct? What is your platform? "Group Buffer Size"
issue you've mentioned seems to be applicable to Solaris 8 and 9 and besides, error manifestation is different anyway.

Is it just you who has this issue? Is it everybody logged with any role? Some but not others?

Everybody is having this issue with different role and I opened the ticket with interwoven and I am trying to install SP3 as well to find it fixes the problem or not.

Pleas paste content of your Available_templates.cfg. As I unserstand the thread. no workflow instantiates with any user. Do you get any kind of error when you instantiate any workflow? Paste the error?

Were the workflows working earlier on this box? pls also paste one of the wfts that is not working on this box but working on your dev box. Did you verify the locations of the wfts etc.?

Actually - preferable to pasting the available_templates.cfg would be to attach the actual available_templates.cfg as sometimes it's easier to find problems in the actual format of the file.

There was a problem of the buffer and Permission on available_templates.cfg which changed by Solaris Patch. So I changed the permission and installed the SP3 which resolved the problem and thanx for your valuable input.
