Can separate metadata be applied to slides within a PPT file?
Bill Klish
Can metadata be set at the slide level for a presentation file instead of at the overall file level? From what I have seen in the past this is not possible, but curious if there is a way around this.

Alas, I'm afraid that the answer is "no".
We had a similar requirement here (composing documents depending on the content of the various pages) and we ended up splitting them up, which is time-consuming and far from ideal.

Well the simple answer is "no". MediaBin has a very small number of properties defined on a slide by slide basis (e.g., each has its own preview) but none that are editable. However, one workaround and the way slide text and speaker's notes are managed, is to set up an array with as many elements as there are slides and add the metadata intended for slide N to the appropriate array element.
Cheers,
