prune backing store before or after 6.7.1 upgrade?

TeamSite 6.5 (soon to be SP3) (solaris)

We plan on upgrading to 6.7.1 in the near future. Our last backing store "prune" using iwmigrate was circa 2004. When is the best time to perform the next prune:
o Before the 6.7.1 upgrade, or
o After the 6.7.1 upgrade

I assume the best time to do this is *after* the upgrade to ensure we have th full benefits of any backend enhancements?

Limiting much of the backing store (editions pre branch) you migrate will help do some of the pruning for you.
After iwmigrate you're definitely going to want to run iwfsshrink.
Before and/or after the entire process you should run iwfsck.
