Upgrading to IE 5.5 SP2. Known issues?

I am wondering if there are any known inconsistencies or bugs with using IE 5.5 SP2 with any of TeamSite's GUI products. Please be as descriptive and detailed as possible!

We have been running IE 5.5 sp2 against TS 5.0.1 for several months without any problems.
