Error while installing TS SP2

Hi,

I installed the base TS 6.5 version and then tried to install TS 6.5 SP2 but ran into an error. The installer reports a problem indicating that it is searching for a module installer but that it is not found. The module that it is searching for is \PhaseI~1\SP2\TeamSI~1\INSTAL~1\modules\cccoretk\Windows\cccoretk.exe and the message it displays is

Searching for module installer ==> \PhaseI~1\SP2\TeamSI~1\INSTAL~1\modules\cccoretk\Windows\cccoretk.exe <== not found

Searching for module installer ==> \PhaseI~1\SP2\TeamSI~1\INSTAL~1\modules\cccoretk\Disk1\InstData\NoVM\cccoretk.exe <== not found

Searching for module installer ==> \PhaseI~1\SP2\TeamSI~1\INSTAL~1\modules\cccoretk\Disk1\InstData\VM\cccoretk.exe <== not found


After this, the installer quits the installation process. I am installing TS 6.5 SP2 on windows 2003 server SP1

Any help to resolve this issue will be appreciated.

Did you check manually whether the module are already present in the location shown in the error?

If it is present and the installation could not recognise the files.. There could be posiibility of corruption of these modules need to contact IWOV Support.
