Bugs in Survey?

Bug #1: Once a user is added as voter in the voter list, the voter cannot be removed.
Workaround: None. Please suggest.

Bug #2: A survey is one of the content in a template generated. A new workspace is created using the template but user unable to vote. Try with View access privilege. By default, user can vote given View privilege.
Workaround: Edit the question format (multiple answer to single answer > save > change back to multiple answer *or another way around) But if there are lots of questions in many surveys, I'm sure the user do not want to edit the question one by one) Please suggest alternative workaround.

Bug #3: The layout of question in Survey is arranged with wrong table width.
Workaround: Edit SurveyVote.jsp, change the width from 99% to 70%, 1% to 30%. It is a arrangement error in the table logically.
