Images are not visible in browing widget when trying to Import

Hi!

We are using the TS 6.5 SP2, OD 6.1.1.

We are trying to import an image into the image folder in teamsite.
The image "test.jpg" exists in "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents".
We use the import functionality, File->Import,
and browse to "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents", but the image "test.jpg" is not visible.
If we create a new folder "TestFolder" in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents" and then move the image into that folder then the image will be visible.

We browse to:
"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\TestFolder"
Then the image "test.jpg" is visible and can be imported.

What is the version of your JRE?
This is a known issue with TS 6.5.

right, there's a known issue between TS6.5 (server) and Sun Java Runtime (JRE) 5.0 (client, typically on windows), in that the import applet doesn't show all the files in a directory.

I've posted about that already a year ago. The Interwoven position is that they only support JRE 1.4.2 with TS 6.5, and they have no intention to ever support JRE 5.0 (= 1.5.0) with TS 6.5. Smiley Sad

TS 6.7.x does support the JRE 5.0 client
