Add new tab in component properties window / Adding component help

Hi,

I want to add new tab in component properties window (aprt from Content, Appearance etc).

Is there a customization exposed to achive the same.

Reason why i want to do that is : I want to add a help kind of facility on a particular component. Which will guide user how and what data to put in each field. Is there any better way to achive the same.

Hi --

There's no support for custom tabs at this time in the Properties Window. I believe the best way to do this is via a Custom Menu Item in Content Center which displays whatever Help information necessary.
