CSAuthenticationException!

Hi!
We are using TS 6.5 SP2.
We are getting error :CSAuthenticationException,
please look at the attached log files, when we logged on the content center. It's not happening repeatedly, but often and it leads that the system in not accessible for the users (we can't see the backing stores, ...).
Restarting the teamsite seems to solve the problem, but the solution it's not acceptable.
It's very urgent that this problem be solved as soon as possible.

We have raised a ticket to interwoven, they saied since we are using the LDAP, it could be that there are exists duplicated of UID, but we have checked it and it has not been the case.

What are you doing when this happens? Is this with the TeamSite UI provided by Interwoven or is this based on custom java code you have written and are attempting to use?
