How do i start using forms publisher in teamsite 6.7.1.0

Hi all,
I am new to teamsite server 6.7.1.0 so i need ur help.
I have installed teamsite 6.7.1.0
Now I want to run the example DCT's which are installed along with teamsite server for practice purpose. For this, I have created the directory structure and datacapture.cfg file needed to create forms using forms publisher. I have also set the category and datatype in templating.cfg
So, now i want to know how do we start using these DCT's to create DCR........
