Some details will help, OD version, sender and receiver OS versions.
Also, can you check the receiver for the files it could not cleanup ? Check the permissions. Also, the perms of the parent directory
Finally is this a normal OD install or by chance a non-root install ?

Hi,
Check for the file and folder permission.
Check for the disk space available.
Post the receiver logs as well, both od.log and logs/rcv_*.log.

it happend to me before because i had 2 deployments running 1 mins from eachother and they both updated the same file... so when the first dpeloyment deleted .iwold then second one couldnt find it ... so ti complain... that might be one of the reasons, the old could be diskspace... or memory issues.
