CSAuthenticationException!

Hi!
We are using TS 6.5 SP2.
We are getting error :CSAuthenticationException,
please look at the attached log files, when we logged on the content center. It's not happening repeatedly, but often and it leads that the teamsite is not useable for the users.
All backing stores, disappear, a lot of error message windows pops up,...
Restarting the teamsite seems to solve the problem.It's very urgent that this problem be solved as soon as possible.

We have raised a ticket to interwoven, they said since we are using the LDAP, it could be that there exists duplicated of UID, but we have checked it and it has not been the case.

Please Help!!!!
