Setup Relation window in WorkSite Web 8.2 does not close

We find that the "Setup Relation" window in WorkSite Web 8.2 works fine when it comes to setting up the relation, however the windows does nto close itself when you hit the "OK" or "Cancel" buttons, or even the "X" close button in the top-right hand corner of the window.

We are using IE 6, SP2.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
